Sustainable Raw Materials - The origin

The choice is in your hands. At TSG, we partner with yarn suppliers to source eco-friendly raw materials. This is the very first, and most essential step in creating ‘green’ products.

We are using more sustainable fibers every year, and planning to adopt even more eco-friendly fibers in the future. In 2019, in total we used 24 tons of organic cotton, 940 tons of recycled polyester, and 258 tons of Tencel Lyocell.

Green Production - Focus on the process

Our production strictly abide by the rules of internationally recognized compliance organizations including Oeko-tex, Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals, and China Quality Certification Centre.

At TSG, we always have sustainability in mind. We are willing to take extra steps to save water, electricity, chemicals usage. Green materials and green production go hand in hand at TSG.

Waste Water Treatment - A closed loop system

We have in-house wastewater treatment plants in both denim and woven mills. In total, the two plants process up to 3000 tons of waste water per day. We ensure all the wastewater is all converted into purified water that it not only meets, but is above national standard. Based on our latest 2019 statistics, the purified water is 30% above national standard in terms pollutant presence, sitting at 120 COD.

At TSG, nothing goes to waste. In 2019, 120,386 tons of treated water go right back to production. The total volume of re-use water per year can fill up 49 Olympic-size swimming pools. Add on to the water saving procedure during production, we are trying our very best to close the loop.
